Fullyautomatic production line process: dozens of formulas can be three kinds of aggregate, cement, fly ash, water, additives, etc. after the cumulative measurement, they are sent to the mixer. After mixing evenly, the belt conveyor will transport the materials to the block making machine, and the products formed after vibration and pressure are transported to the automatic plate elevator by the brick conveyor after being cleaned by the brick sweeper. After that, all the products on the pallet are sent to the curing room for curing. The cured products are then sent to the automatic plate lowering machine by the finger cart. After the products are lowered to the brick feeder, they are palletized, by auto cuberand then transported by forklift to the finished product yard for sale. The supporting plate is cleaned by the sweeper, and then returned to the block making machine for recycling.
